Appreciation

Think carefully, do you know how to appreciate people's help for completing a task?

do you say thank you to the person who transfer you the phone call?
do you thanks the person who find you a file?
do you ever thanks the person who find you the details which you need?
do you thanks your subordinate who ever help you to tidy up your messy file as follow to sequence?
do you ever thanks the makcik who help you to cut the cake/fruits every time and serve it ready to be eat?

do you ever think that it's ur subordinate's full responsible to finish their given job task because they been paid for the salary?
they can choose not to help you to finish the job on time.. they can also choose to give up and let you settle at your own...

let me to choose in between, a supervisor who know how to appreciate with tension and a supervisor who do not know what's appreciation means, of course less tension, i rather choose the part A. At least they do not ORDER you to work.. remember, you are nothing if you subordinate are not at your side..

So clever, just DIY la.. why asking HELP from people?

Please be considerate, subordinate also human being, they are not slave for company, they need respect also..
If you really an upper management people, please think, 1 company made by people.. if there is no people, this company is not exits. This is the reason why there is a Human Resources department exits in every company, clearly to see that this department's positioned important.

A simple THANK YOU is an appreciation to those who offer their help.
If you take things for granted, yes, maybe your subordinates willing to help you even though you don't know what's respect is.. but that's only limited to you subordinate.
for irrelevant people, at least a simple thank you will make people more willing to help you instead of ordering people to complete the task. and do not use other forces to force people to help you do things.
this make people more and more dislike you.
of course, their respect on you is getting less and less and less.
who cares who the hell are you if you do not know how to respect and appreciate their jobs..

SO.... REMEMBER TO APPRECIATED PEOPLE'S HELP BY AS SIMPLE AS "THANK YOU" & RESPECT TO EVERYONE!!!
